Not everything worth printing is in the shop. Send us what you have and we come back with a price and a date — there is no charge for asking, and no obligation.
What to send
If you have a 3D file: STL, OBJ, STEP or 3MF. Those are the four we work with every day.
If you do not have a file — which is most people: send a photo. A clear picture of the broken part, the shelf bracket that snapped, the thing you want copied. Put a ruler or a coin beside it so we can read the size. A drawing on paper with measurements works just as well, photographed or scanned as a JPG or PDF.
If there is no model and no drawing, describe it and we will work it out with you. Building the model is a service we offer, and we tell you what it costs before we start.
How to send it

Tell us four things
You do not need technical language. These four answers are what let us quote properly instead of guessing:
- What is it for? A part that carries weight is printed differently from an ornament.
- Where will it live? Outdoors, near heat, or in a drawer — this decides the material.
- How many do you need? Ten of something costs less each than one.
- When do you need it? If there is a date, say it now rather than later.
What happens next
- We look at the piece. Whether it prints well standing up, where it needs support, how much material it takes.
- You get a price within one working day. A fixed figure and a date, not a range. If something cannot be printed as it is, we say so and suggest a change instead of printing something we know will fail.
- If you approve, you pay by a secure link and the job joins the queue. The order shows up in the same place as a shop order, so you can follow it.
How long it takes
Custom work depends on the piece, so we confirm the date with you before you pay — never after. For comparison, standard pieces from the shop are printed in up to 4 working days depending on demand.
Materials
We print in PLA for indoor pieces, décor and prototypes, and PETG when the part needs to take knocks, sunlight or heat. If you are not sure which you need, say what the part does and we will choose.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the Republic of Ireland, and collection in Limerick is free. If you are outside Ireland and want something made, message us and we will quote the shipping for you.
Your files stay yours
We do not resell, share or reprint your model for anyone else. We keep it only as long as the job needs it, and for any reprint under warranty.
