Five Lines is a small 3D printing workshop in Limerick. Everything you see here was printed a few metres from where it was packed — there is no warehouse, no shelf of stock, and nothing arrives here in a container.
Made after you order, not before
Every piece is printed once your order comes in. That is slower than picking something off a shelf, and it is deliberate. It means nothing is thrown away because it did not sell, you can ask for a different colour without us eating unsold stock, and a piece can be changed to fit your shelf, your desk or your name.
It also means we can say yes to one-offs. A single replacement part is as welcome here as a run of fifty.
The workshop
We print in PLA and PETG. PLA gives the sharpest detail and the best finish, and it is what most décor and display pieces are printed in. PETG is tougher and takes heat and sunlight, so it is what we reach for when a part has a job to do.
The largest single piece we can print is 330 × 320 × 325 mm. Bigger things are printed in sections and joined — we tell you up front when that is the case, and where the joins will be.
How we handle custom work
Send a file, a photo of the broken part, or a drawing on paper. We look at it properly before quoting: whether it prints well standing up, where it needs support, how much material it takes.
If something will not print as it is, we say so and suggest a change. We would rather lose the job than take your money for a part we already know will fail. That single habit is most of what this workshop is.

We are in Limerick, and collection here is free — you message us, we agree a time, you pick it up. We post anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with tracking.
