Shipping policy

Everything at Five Lines is printed after your order comes in, in our workshop in Limerick.

When your order is ready

• Standard pieces: printed in up to 4 working days, depending on demand, then dispatched.
• Custom and personalised work: depends on the piece. We always confirm the date with you before you pay.

Where we deliver

For now we deliver within the Republic of Ireland only. If you are outside Ireland and want something made, message us and we will quote the shipping for you.

Delivery in Ireland

• Standard: €8, sent with An Post.
• Free standard delivery on orders of €65 or more.
• Express: €12, sent with An Post Express Post: tracked and usually delivered the next working day after dispatch. Express speeds up delivery only; printing time stays the same.

The delivery date shown at checkout already includes printing time.

Free collection in Limerick

Choose collection at checkout. When your piece is ready we message you to agree a time and give you the address. Please message us on WhatsApp (+353 83 364 0791) before you come, so someone is there to hand it over.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at fivelines.ie@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your order number (and photos, if it is damaged). We will sort it out with you by reprinting or refunding.
